Highly recommend True North Security Group. I didn’t realize the equipment the guy I’ve been dealing with for years was outdated and Grim got me set up with the latest technology and showed me how to use the app more thoroughly than the other person I’d been using. Great communication and installation was seamless.
We hired TNSG to set up CCTV and access control for our facility, and they did a solid job. The planning phase was straightforward—they worked with us to figure out what we needed, including recommendations to improve our original requirements by implementing things like 180 cameras, and kept things on track. The install happened when they said it would, no delays.
The hardware they used is very good quality, and the camera footage is clear day and night, which is exactly what we wanted. Their tech team knew what they were doing—handled the height work well (having certification for working at heights and all related insurances in place helped our comfort level in terms of liability on site) and sorted out the network setup without any issues. They even spotted a connectivity problem we’d been dealing with elsewhere in the building and fixed it on the spot, which wasn’t part of the deal but saved us a headache.

If it weren’t for TNSG, we’d be dealing with a frustrating mess this morning (a broken window and stolen goods at minimum).
